The purpose of this document is to provide guidance for collection of evidence to document adequate technical quality of rubrics that are being used to evaluate candidates in the Glenville State University Department of Teacher Education. Content Validity includes gathering evidence to demonstrate that the assessment content fairly and adequately represents a defined domain of knowledge or performance.
